Absolutely loved my experience at this ice cream shop! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the place was spotless. The ice cream was fresh, creamy, and full of flavor—definitely some of the best I’ve had. But what really made the visit stand out was the amazing service. Angelica and Wendy were both so friendly, patient, and attentive. They took their time helping me choose flavors and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and enjoy what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon. Highly recommend stopping by—you won’t be disappointed!

Wendy was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made our experience extra special. The ice cream and cotton candy dessert was not only beautiful and creative, but also delicious. The huge pink cotton candy presentation with the colorful ice cream and fresh strawberries was such a fun treat. Thank you, Wendy, for the wonderful service—we will definitely be back!

We stopped by Icy Spicy and I have to say, the Kit Kat Birthday Cake milkshake was hands down the best milkshake I’ve ever had—and I’ve had a lot of milkshakes over the years. It was incredibly flavorful, perfectly blended, and absolutely loaded with goodness. A huge thank you to Valentina, who made our visit even better. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our entire family had an amazing experience from start to finish. Great customer service makes all the difference, and she definitely delivered. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back. Thanks again, Valentina, and everyone at Icy Spicy! See you soon! 🍦🥤

I came here with my family to celebrate my daughter‘s kindergarten graduation, and it was the best idea ever! 10 out of 10 if I could rate it more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place is absolutely beautiful, the staff is so friendly and kind and Knowledgeable about everything on the menu ! We met Vale, Vane and Gabby. They were just as sweet as the ice cream here! Love them! They felt like family instantly . I would highly suggest the milkshakes with an honorary mention to the Mango fruit ice cream. AMAZING! It tastes like it came straight off the tree! I will definitely be back .

She even surprised us with a super cute Labubu free gift – such a sweet touch! 🥹💕 It was so heartwarming to learn about the incredible owner, Xiaoli Liu, whose passion for desserts shines through every scoop. Hailing from Sichuan, China – the land of the spiciest flavors – Xiaoli brings three generations of family recipes to life, blending them with her husband Dejan’s vision to create this whimsical haven. It’s no wonder every treat feels like a love story on a cone! My wife went for the TikTok-famous mango ice cream and it was pure heaven in every bite – so fresh, creamy, and bursting with real mango flavor! I got the Nutella Oreo and oh my goodness… out of this world doesn’t even begin to describe it. Rich, indulgent, and perfectly balanced – I’m still dreaming about it! Thank you Vanessa, Xiaoli, Dejan, and the whole team for making our visit so special. You guys are the sweetest! Already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend to everyone! 🍨✨
